Post: Ductless Mini Splits vs. Full AC?

I am closing on my first property tomorrow. My property doesn’t have AC. It does have a furnace with ductwork. I have an AC guy who will do the work for relatively cheap. I plan on holding my property for awhile as it has solid cash flow potential.

My question is should I just purchase the ductless ac because it will be cheaper or should I buy the full ac unit? The house is 1040 sq ft.

Thanks for the help.

Good day everyone,

I am new to REI and am closing on my first property on Friday. I plan to buy and hold. I currently live in the Wheeling, WV area which is about an hour East of Pittsburgh. I would love to meet up with other investors in the area and network.

Please feel to reach out to me or leave me any advice you wish you were told before your first deal/rental.

Thank you all!

Chad

@Julia Schutz Hope all is going well for you. I live in the Wheeling area as well. I am new to real estate and am just getting started. Do you know of any meet ups in the area?
