You get a discount on your insurance if you put it in a monitor system that connects to a central system.  You just have to outweigh the cost.

Its amazing what the graph cycle points out but it seems to always hold true 

@Wayne Fung give us a idea how much you are paying for property mgmt and maintenance.  Your utility seems to be the same with mine my guess is you have a 6 bedroom there.

@Wayne Fung i have a 5 bedroom and a 6 bedroom in windsor hills and 3 other houses in neighbor resorts.. I agree with everyone you won't be profitable with a property manager.  

Have you tried lowering prices and min days just to get anyone?

From the Disney World area.. out of my 5 rentals just 1 yesterday for Aug for the week.  I think its goign to be slow from here on past summer.  Sad life
