ask yourself if u are looking for a place to stay what would you prefer

Disney World is my market and yes maybe you can find it for that price range but it won't be a good location without HOA

Wheww i don't think you can hit all the targets but the real question is do your want to be around tourist?

We pay our cleaners to stock them.. 

make friends locally there and have them double check for you.

If you can squeeze in larger beds to each room that would be better

@john some resorts does require that they manage some don't up to you, i prefer flexibility by choosing ones that don't

i have house in these resorts and outside of them.. i dont see any disadvantge in either or..  what matters is of u want to paymore for a resort feel
