Post: Need a conventional 30 year loan under an llc

I am having trouble finding a bank that will allow me to get a conventional 30 year loan with a low fixed rate because the property is owned by my LLC. They always say the deed owner has to match applicants. I know we can to a quit claim but some banks require the property to be in the applicants name for at least 6 month per fannie/freddie guidelines since they are selling the loans to them.

Does anybody have any bank recommendations on a bank in Indianapolis that will give me a 30 year loan with a low fixed rate on a property in an llc?

I'm an investor from Indianapolis with one investment property so far. Looking for a LOC for this property I own free and clear. I just want a LOC because I don't have another property lined up to put the money so don't want to take it all out yet. Might be doing some rehab work with the money too and want the flexibility of a LOC.

Does anyone know any banks or credit unions offering a LOC on rentals?

@Nicholas Aiola

Hello Nicholas

I’m having trouble finding a good system for real estate accounting and bookeeping processes especially for tax time? I use Stessa which is good but it doesn’t give me an overall picture of my business income/expenses and I don’t have a real estate CPA who knows how to use stessa?

Any recommendations?

Thanks so much

I’m wondering how people get healthcare after they quit their jobs and start investing. I know there is individual plans but they are very expensive. It’s usually best to get healthcare through employer. Does anyone have any suggestions, stories, or recommendations?

Thanks
