yes, that's exactly what I was referring to how much on average are your rates or fee for transactional funding does it vary on the amount? whats too much? @Lydia R.

If i'm closing A-B transaction first how do I use my buyer's money to flip the bill? Would the title company allow me to use my end buyers money $$ to pay A?
