Can I get some buisness names and info for printing bulk mailers like 2500 to 10,000 at a time please in the indianapolis area ? Also would it be cheaper for me

To have them print all of them with the addresses on them then I bulk mail them at the post office ?

I am borrowing for a project its a very large sum of money. They are asking for a Bio. Does any one have a example they have used for a bank or some kind of Template. 

Are there any Vacant Land Development books out there ?

What kind of forms do you use to show tour investors their return on investment ? How often do you pay out ? I have several people wanting to invest but I want to have a plan and be transparent.

Hi all! I am in the process of writing up a contract that is 100% new to me, so I wanted to get all of your opinions as you all have wwaaayyyy more experience than me.

It’s 800k piece. 600k is for on property and 200k is for an additional 50 acres.

I am having multiple investors back me on this for an all cash deal. The seller wants proof of finance, rightfully so, how can I show my assets that would cover above and beyond this. Would that should be sufficient or do I need a letter of intent from each investor?

Next I want cost allocation for buildings/land infrastructure/land for depreciation bifurcation for tax purposes. How do you write that up? Do you suggest just an addendum?

Finally there are multiple buildings on this site, two of which are habitable, well maybe only one really. The other is like a pole barn building. The other multiple homes are in terrible shape and disarray. Would using the legacy Vacant land form be appropriate for this? Or bc there is a home that is habitable do I need to use another form?

I want to start a LLC in WY to protect my other LLC in other states. What should I do ?

Start a Holding Company in WY or

LLC ? What kind ? S Corp or

C Corp ?
