@Greg Dickerson yes I believe we have the demand and your right u have a buddy who is a big developer who is going to help me. He should clear a few things up just wanted more opinions.

I am thinking about bringing the big city feel to small town of 2500. Where would you recommend I start looking at designs of building & builders in Indiana ? I know I need

Why don’t you offer 50,000 or more with Seller concessions on the back side. The seller will write you a check at closing 

@Ash Russom remember the listing agent has the back of the seller not the buyer so just beware. I like to have a buyers agent they negotiate for me.

I was needing a cost tracking spreadsheet for properties. I would also like to be able to get a spreadsheet to estimate costs as well before I purchase.
