Hi @Amy Djuric

Welcome to BP. That's awesome. Currently looking for good investments in Vegas for a future move. Right now I work on real estate purchases, sales, in NYC.

Hi @Victor Gesmundo. Looking to get into the Vegas Market by the end of this year as well. If you have some good deals please let me know. Looking for potential joint ventures, fix/flip, Buy/hold. Thanks.

@Keith Boley,

I think it might be a good way to get some initial capital under my belt. My main goal is buy and hold. There will always be renters if you do your job right. But I'm also interested in flips as well since I'm good with design (I know what I like and I've a decent eye for what looks good yet functional) and have some understanding of construction/costs. But wholesaling, in addition to faster hard capital, is a beast of its own that I'm dorky enough to find interesting.

Hi @Jill Mintz. I'm a new investor currently in the Bayridge Area. I've seen a few potential good buys (or mediocre buys that with some finagling could be good investments) in Bayridge and Sunset. I've been very hesitant to pull the trigger on some as I'm new but if you'd like to talk or what not at some point let me know.

If it makes you feel good, it's never meaningless. Congrats and good luck.
