@Grant Diggles I started my research through a process of finding reputable turnkey providers and narrowed it down to a couple providers. While vetting each provider, I am also simultaneously doing my market research to see if there are opportunities. 

Hello to everyone in the BP community!

I have been a long time stalker of the forums and am finally ready to introduce myself!

I am a young investor in the Los Angeles area looking to expand my investment portfolio into some real estate. I am new to the scene and am eager to learn all there is to it. Currently looking at taking on a SFR through a turnkey to get my foot in the door.

My long term goals are to build reliable passive income and build wealth through real estate. There are just so many ways to make real estate work for you and I am just excited to start the journey.

Any advice for beginners is welcomed!

Hello Everyone!

I am new to BP here but am hoping to learn as much as I can and down the line contribute my own knowledge and experience. I am currently looking at investing in the Birmingham Real Estate market and have been doing some independent research, but thought I would reach out to the community for some insights into this market.
