@Joe Villeneuve it's really the return on your wealth. Let say your ROE is .02, that's a 2% return on your wealth. The way I look at that is I need to sell or refinance because the return is not even keeping pace with inflation.

A mentor of mine long ago told me that one of the keys to creating wealth is "The velocity of money" (How quick are you recycling your money?). A simple way to calculate this return is to divide your current yearly cash flow by the amount of equity in your portfolio. My current ROE is .0889 at the moment. I'd like to hear back on how others are doing with their ROE (Return on Equity?

Personally I went with the Mac air to mitigate having to deal with viruses! I save everything in the cloud to prevent losing anything. Hope this helps!

I would personally consider buying as big as a apartment that I could with proper leverage and self manage. I’m going to be in the same boat in the next month or so. I hope this helps!
