Hi Nicholas. Welcome to the real estate world. My partner Justin Daymude and I are investors out of Missoula and Helena. We focus mainly in the Butte market but have been having some regular success in Great Falls. We have found several properties up there and wholesaled them all. So if you are interested lets talk and see how we can help each other reach our goals. I come to Great Falls every 2 weeks or so if you want to get a cup of coffee and visit.

Hi Amanda, I have a 2/2 rental in Townsend. It's a very nice house with a big fenced back yard, garage and a storage shed that rents for 1000.00/mn. Depending on the property rents are between 500 and 1500 in Townsend on average. I hope this helps.

Where would Henrietta, MT be located exactly? I've never heard of it.

I would also recommend using steel wool to fill any gaps around any small holes in the house. I put it around water pipes as they come through the floor.  If you pack it tight they can't chew through it or get past it. I also place dryer sheets in the drawer under the oven and in places where they are getting in. For some reason it keeps them away. (It also works in old cars if you are storing them).

We had our first meeting on 2/23 and it was well worth the time. I hope that we are able to get an even larger group for the next one. I believe we will all be able to help each other build a strong network of real estate investors in and around the Helena area. More networking means more deals.
