I already own a home.... If I did it again Id buy a duplex or something to house hack. Its pretty tough saving up 20% for a second home for a rental. Thats where Im stuck at.

And Eric, I would suggest just putting real estate investor on your card. Dont put "future" on there or "willing to do what it takes" as it may come off as you aren't as confident. Just my 2 cents

the hardest part is financing when you are new... I already have a house that I own so either have to save up my 20% down or maybe partner with someone. It doesn't help that I'm getting married in a few months as well haha

I feel like I've been studying enough to be all set as soon as I get my financing sorted out.
