Welcome to BP!
I already own a home.... If I did it again Id buy a duplex or something to house hack. Its pretty tough saving up 20% for a second home for a rental. Thats where Im stuck at.

Welcome. Listen to the podcasts is a good start. I listen to them while at work all day it can teach you tons.
Yeah I guess Im just more of a quiet person rather than shy but I can see where you are coming from

This is the same problem I have right now. That first down payment is tough.
And Eric, I would suggest just putting real estate investor on your card. Dont put "future" on there or "willing to do what it takes" as it may come off as you aren't as confident. Just my 2 cents

I watched & listened and tried to pick up on as much information as I could :) Second time around was much smoother as my nerves were in check because I knew what to expect!
I feel like that's how I am going to be, Steve. I am kind of shy when it comes to meeting new people
Welcome! I am new too

the hardest part is financing when you are new... I already have a house that I own so either have to save up my 20% down or maybe partner with someone. It doesn't help that I'm getting married in a few months as well haha
I feel like I've been studying enough to be all set as soon as I get my financing sorted out.
Im going to my first meeting next month as well. Nervous but excited.
