hey BP family. Need help! Please recommend an attorney/firm who has done duplexes or small MF to condo conversion before. I prefer a firm that has a lot of experience in doing this.
Nothing complicated but need a firm that can do it cost effectively.
Thanks!

Hi BP community. Does anyone have a recommendation for CPA who has extensive experiences on Private Family Trust in particular on using the 990-PF form? I am looking to set this up for my real estate investments.
Thanks for helping

@Mindy Jensen +1 on saving the filter and set it as an "alert". Is there a way to do that? Or, at least get back to my Saved Filters?

Thanks for the reminder. It's not real estate related and it's in the Broward County. It's related to an Automobile Dealership in Weston Florida.
I didn't want to release too much information on the internet because it is publicly visible. If you have attorney friend that is interested, can you please help with the introduction?
Thanks.

@DeEtte Harrington I agree with @Jason Hirko. you'll get more response once you have it under contract. Another useful thing is networking at your local Real estate meetups. https://www.meetup.com/find/events/?allMeetups=fal...
I go to the Home for the win events often. The hosts are GREAT guys.
I didn't have good luck with HomeDepot ProRefer. The GC reviews weren't very positive and the two GC didn't phone screen well. Another way is use this site call NextDoor.com. It is a neighborhood website. I just post my needs for GC and search for GC and call them. My experience is these GC are more "retail" pricing.
Of course, networking in BP. Ask other local investor which GC they suggest.
hope this helps.
