Hello, my name is Christian I am a Virtualization Architect by trade, but I have always loved the Real Estate business, one could say I do real estate investing on the side, but sometimes I end up spending many hours in Realestate, and loving it.

I currently own rental property in Lakeland and Winterhaven we started our investment activities around 2003, my wife is a Realestate agent, so that helps us to find good deals. I came across Bigger pockets thanks to a good friend of mine from Tampa, we were evaluating an investment opportunity, and he sent me a rental analysis which he generated from Biggerpockets  I have started checking out the pod casts, and I am hooked.

We are looking to expand our investments into multi-family multiple units, I look forward to working with other Bigpocketers.
