Hello! I have become very interested in real estate investing but I'm stuck in the analysis paralysis phase. So many properties and so hard to know what's a good one! I think I want to house hack for my first place but multi-plexes are hard to come by. I got pre-approved for a loan and I've talked to a couple of real estate agents but still just feeling overwhelmed and kinda scared to buy my first place. Any help appreciated!

We scrub the list and then spend a tremendous amount of time on pricing, because although these offers may be a lot less than retail, they are not out of the question. We explain in our offer letter to sellers that we are serious investors, we are not agents/brokers, we pay cash, and are prepared to close in as soon as x number days. That's interesting! So you buy wholesale properties then find flippers looking to buy them for more than you paid?

Hello! This place must be epic because I've been directed here from several different places! Looking forward to learning and growing here!

I'm 31. Live in the Kansas City area. Make around 40k. Have around 7k in savings. I work in construction. I am an experienced drywall finisher. I'm mainly interested in getting into a flip or house hack and am working on saving and researching.

I've been researching like crazy. I'm going to be poking around this site and I'm sure there is a ton of information to be had but figured I'd introduce myself and open up an opportunity to be probed if anyone wants to ask/teach me anything. I'll keep an eye on this post!
