Interested Please send me more info!

Thank you.

Well 609 is a code section that requires the furnished to provide proof of debt is also known as the validation of debt letter. And yes I use 609 letters to remove debt but that’s my last resort.. I don’t usually through section codes to the credit because or creditors because they will fight back harder.. so I play gullible and once I catch them in a violation then I have proof to sue them or they must remove the debt or collections

Please feel free to call me if you have any more questions..

Hi Matthew, keep your eye on real estate the best advice i can give you is find someone you can help. Become an apprentice to the craft you want to master. If you cant get a hold of them read their books and simulate deals. Manytimes in life you cant see beyond the fog but trust that the road leads you. Your first deal is going to be a learning experience.

The 609 letter has worked and will continue to remove inaccuracies from your credit report. The items will be removed and your scores will go up! Which is the intent here.. as far as relieving from your debt it all depends which state you live in and where the debt occurred. I am in the credit repair industry and would love to help if you have any questions

As many would agree the process is quite burdensome.. I’ve been in sales my whole life and I would first recommend an (exhibit) show them the place so that they can fall in love first.. Appointments first; and set hours where you’re available to show them the place.. the credit score is too high for a C+ neighborhood I would suggest lowering it.. third don’t be afraid to raise the monthly rent. Increasing the rent a bit would catch you a better and more reliable tenant. If this is too much work find a small but not the smallest property management company in your area they can take care of it for you... Ultimately you do want the freedom and not the workload.
