I want to use a first time homebuyer program to buy a duplex and house hack it in Broward county, fl. Any tips on how to avoid PMI, what I can expect using fha loan for first deal, or lenders you can refer me to WILL BE greatly appreciated!

@Bram Spiero So if I wanted to use a fha loan to buy a out of state property I would have to live in the residence where I'm purchasing at ?
