Yes I plan to pull incase I have to tear down some walls, or install new hvac etc. I was asking becasue i had to get a Birt/ CAL for my rental property
For rental its different. Talk to your CPA, but I don't think you need any licensing like that

Hello Family, hope all is well! Have a quick question, I'm switching gears in my investment journey, working on doing my first flip; my question is do you need a birt number and commercial activity license to flip houses in Philly if my LLC is out of state? Any feedback would help thanks!

I know this is an old thread but I am too now looking to get business line of credit, business credit cards, etc. I heard Chase is hard to get approval for credit if LLC is new, I have been doing rentals as a sole proprietor for 3 years, I would think it would help on the approval process. what you guys think?
