What is the meaning of life?  Lol just messing around.  That is a good a good idea.  One topic I can think of is, sharing the things people did to get thier first deal or if they have more then one deal?  What to look for in a deal or helping people figure out who to hook up with to get thier first deal.

My name is Chris and I am a new Pro member with no Real Estate investing experience. Looking for a mulitfamily 3 to 4 unit building in the Jersey City, Hoboken, north Bergen, union city area, new Jersey to house hack.  This would be my first deal, I am willing to partner with someone.  Trying to get that first deal under my belt. 

Hello does anyone know of any good property management companys in the Jersey City/ Hoboken area and what they charge % or flat fee wise.  Thank you.
