What is the best way to choose an area to wholesale in? I am just starting out. I do have access to the MLS. I also have Propstream.

Are you selling them? If so, how much would you like for them?

I’m really interested in a ticket if anyone has one they need to get rid of. I’ve never been but I hear it’s a great event. Fingers crossed.

David G - To answer some of your questions, which I think are great questions, so thank you:

My short goals are to get in and get my feet wet. I'd like to focus on wholesaling in several different states. I have been researching my own backyard a bit and I am realizing there mat be some better deals, not only for myself but buyers I may network with as well, out there in other areas. I would like to start with this plan for at least the first year, until I gain some more experience and knowledge. As for my long term goals, I would like to have several cash flowing properties and several rehabs in my portfolio of accomplishments. I am hoping to have a good start on this within the next five years or so. After that, well we can see where we are at. I'm always ready to learn and try new exciting things.

Thank you for the nice welcome and the recommendation. I am finding that there are more resources here than I imagined. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with all of the information out there. Any suggestions on how to lessen that aspect of learning this field?

I am interested in becoming a Real Estate Investor. Like others I have read a ton of books and spent way too much money on programs to help me get started. I'm overwhelmed with information. I'm looking for some true guidance and I'm hoping to find it here. I have been perusing BP for awhile now, but that's the extent. I'm ready to dive in. Hopefully all you pros can help me swim.
