Need a reliable contractor looking to update a condo rental on Siesta Key. 2br 2bath. Nothing crazy. Update kitchen, remove light box. possibly taking down a dividing wall. Basic cosmetic stuff.  

Have a rehab project coming up and looking for a recommendation for a contractor. Single family house foreclosure. 

Wanted to put an offer in on a property and my realtor informed me that investors have to wait at least 21 days to give owner occupied buyers first dibs. Is this a thing? I guess its good for owner occupied purchases but it doesn't seem fair.

Looking for a realtor that understands what i would be looking for and what my investment intentions are. A realtor that is also an investor is preferred. We are in NJ and looking to invest in single family homes in Sarasota. Rent and hold.

Morris ct. And the letter stated all the items were on me. I dont agree, the tenant caused the damage.

I have 1 section 8 tenant and they have been good for years. Today I received a letter stating i failed inspection for items like a hole in a door and broken garage window. These are all items the tenant should be responsible for since they caused the damage. I will make the repairs but can i hold it against their security deposit or charge them for repairs?  

Looking to buy outside of the developments, wondering how the rental market is? If a development rental is a better option I would love the advice. Looking to make contacts. Property management / realtor / financing / legal.
