Realtor.com will show you homes that have sold in a particular area and you can refine the search based on number of bedrooms, baths, etc.

Hi Al, I've actually been using an iPhone app to study it was recommended to me by a few people who passed the test recently. I'm going to partner with a small firm in Ferndale by the name of Ritz Realty. I was going to go with Caldwell Banker but the owner of Ritz is someone I've known since I was a kid and he's very good at what he does and he's been quite successful. Have you closed any deals yet ?
