I've pre ordered the book. My wife and I are a little younger than Scott, so it's great to see folks our age who are killing it!

I'm just curious how many wholesalers here have had success in the area driving for dollars?

 Thanks for that John.  I was looking into doing wholesale in addition to purchasing buy and holds.  Looking to get my first buy and hold within the next year or so, but I figured I could try starting out with wholesaling.  Some folks may not like your post, but it was great information for prospective wholesalers to know exactly what they need to have covered when approaching serious investors.

Hi Jessica.  I'm new to wholesaling as well and have also been told by a mentor of mine it is much better to shop for deals first before.  That's the approach i've been taking instead of focusing my efforts on building a buyers list first.  I find it's much easier to peek the interest of buyers once you come to them with deals already available!
