Hi - We found out like everyone else.  We do attempt to vet all people who come thru our doors to speak.  We do not do financial audits however. 

From what I recall of the indictment, these charges stem from 2021 and prior, not currently.  I might also add, "tongue in cheek", she failed to explain that part of her training...although, maybe she was no longer doing the same method that landed her in hot water, not sure - not saying that makes it all okay, far from it.  Illegal activity is never ok, nor would it knowingly be promoted by us. 

People should also note that there was an investor on YouTube describing that he had a relationship with her (Nicole) to buy discouted properties and she ended up using his signature on some unrelated documents via cut n paste from what I understand of his own revelation on YouTube - he was visited by the authorities involved related to that happening to him.  Even he, in his normal pursuit of business, had no idea this was going on - he was a victim.  This gentleman, (forgetting his name), even considered her a close personal friend and he was shocked and saddened by the revelation of the fraud.  He was found by the investigators to be doing his business honestly, as we also endeavor to do in all that we do. 

This does emphasize that we all need to be circumspect as to what information we are relying on.  If some 'process' seems "too easy" or seems "fishy", anyone looking to learn more about various methods to buy property should verify the information they are hearing with other's who are more qualified and/or experienced in such matters before making the leap into adopting such processes into their operating proceedures.
