Bp meetups are the second Thursday of the month and KREIA meetings are the 3rd Thursday. Bp meeting is free in stmatthews and Kreia is 25$ including dinner. If you become a member of Kreia they have an education program where you tour active flips. If you have any questions I'm always happy to help with book recommendations and mls research.
