Amerifirst is usually 20. Wells Fargo and republic will do 15, but it's hard to find anyone willing to do less

River city bank or Amerifirst (in Lexington but they do deals in Louisville) republic bank also has a good reputation for them.

If you are handling supply purchasing and just paying for him for labor 18-25$ per hour. Probably a 2 hour minimum.
