Hello future friends, my name is Caleb Mclamb. I am a newly married 21 year old college graduate currently working as the Inventory Manager for a local sewing business called Martelli Enterprises. I want to get involved in multifamily-units and start creating positive cash flow. I plan to use FHA loans, REFI, and owner-occupy (if necessary) to start building my portfolio.
