@douglas spence We found the property on the MLS, Rent is $950/month, the house is located in south east OKC close to Tinker AFB, We did not do any work on the property as the previous owner/investor had already done updates, funded via private money then conventional mortgage.

@hank walter The draw to OKC was my son starting a new job there, we funded via private money then national lender, strategy with this property is buy and hold.
