I’ve had good experiences with ‘best appliance’ but I’m scared this is the “used appliance store on Ashland” you mention as one of your mistakes on the podcast!

Hi All,
has anyone successfully become an accredited investor through a FINRA certification?
I want to invest in a security with this requirement through my solok but don’t meet the income or net worth requirement. FINRA license seemed like a good way to learn a bit and also change my status
Curious if anyone is in a similar position

I’m currently going through primerica to take my series 65 in order to become accredited.
Anyone else looking into this? New rule 12/9/20 makes anyone with a series 65 an accredited investor

Hi All,
Went to do a simple window replacement and found the sill was rotted. I covered it in tyvek temporarily. Anybody know a good south side contractor who can remove the window, reframe it and flash it properly?
Property is in back of the yard Chicago
