Thanks for your post. Using an LLC is very easy and should be seamless with a DSCR refi loan. Highly recommend DSCR in refinancing from a hard money loan.

Hi @Dean Lariviere  are you sure that you need to close that fast? or just be under contract in 5 days. Any additional info, documentation etc. that you can share on this
