I would like any information available on Southern Impression Homes and SunCoast Property Management. I am considering purchasing one of their  properties in Ocala  Fla. 

I am considering a purchase of a Quad unit in Ocala from Southern Impression Homes with management by SunCoast Property Management. I would appreciate any positive or negative comments on your experience with this investment opportunity.

I am still waiting on reports from my property managers.

@Matt K. Matt I do agree with you that he will not be able to change a racist views by telling him that is comments are unacceptable, however he still should be told that he is losing that piece of business because his moral compass is not acceptable to Matt. The contractor is free to continue his way of thinking until he has lost enough business to maybe reconsider being so vocal about his warped views.

@Grayson Gist I would not give him my business and I would make sure he was aware that his racist views are the reason he is losing that piece of business.

I am interested in buying and holding a multifamily property in the Ocala FL area. Does anyone know anything about that Market?

How many rehabs have you done for investors?

I am very familiar with the condition of the property. the seller and I use the same property manager who charges me 5% because he manages 12 other units for me. He also provided me with the monthly P & L for this property. The seller has replaced all of the airconditioning units recently and updated all of the kitchens. There is a value add available by converting the one bedrooms into two with permits. My two 4-plexes next door is basically the same floor plan and is about 30 sq ft smaller. 

I will adjust the vacancy rate.
