With the stimulus package happening, the only way this is going to happen is by the Federal Reserve printing money. How much of an effect will this be on inflation. What can we do to prepare? I think once the effects of the coronavirus die down, people will begin to spend like crazy.

@Jay Maranan I am not a fan of carpet as you have to replace it frequently. You have better options.

That’s what I was told by the loan officer. Having been owner occupant guidelines just make sure. I just did this.

@Justin Tahilramani those loans you have to owner occupy and you cannot do a cash out refi

@Justin Tahilramani I am a veteran and I didn’t even know this existed until recently. I just did one myself and it reduced my interest rate a great deal. In my opinion I would say do it. If you’re trying to get rid of your mortgage you could always use the difference to apply to your new mortgage or towards a new property. I’m all for it.

@Arianna Crawford first thank you for your service and I believe at a minimum for should purchase at least one property at every duty station. I've recently retired from the Navy and used my VA loan a few times. Good luck on your journey.
