@Greg Dickerson Thanks!  Do you know any good commercial RE attorney in Houston area that you can recommend?

@Greg Dickerson so if we don't have loans on our property then we don't have to worry about those covenants?  the addendum is strictly between us and our tenants?  Thanks!

@Morgan Madill  I am in same situation, following.

@Todd Peoples. I think @Nathan Gesner mentioned this in a recent post, but for residential side.  Worth exploring since I normally don't think a 1 month security deposit is not enough in case there are damages or tenants owe more than a month.

@Stephen J Davis did you ever need Mr Nance to review a commercial lease for you?  If yes, how much did he charge you?  Per hour or at a flat rate, and how much?  I called his office today but got a voicemail.  Thanks.

@Nathan Gesner. Great tips as always.  We have combination of all: rent reduction, rent deferment, late payment and so far we have agree verbally with tenants only.  Going to work on the writings for all of them this week.  Good to know we don't have to have a lawyer to write these up.  Thanks again and stay safe there Nathan.
