There unfortunately isn't one. There are many of us in Ulster that go to the Mid Hudson REIA. I could mention it to some of the folks and see who might be interested.

I'm a re broker and rehabber in Ulster County.  I currently invest in Kingston and its surrounding towns.  I'm happy to give you some insight on the area, and what is available in Kingston and New Paltz, market conditions, etc.

I'm a broker and investor in Kingston. I would say it depends. Our MLS has income and expenses listed. Make sure to verify all numbers as often they aren't actual, but estimated or incorrect. If you are using a buyer's agent go over the numbers with him/her. If not, I might be able to look at it and give you some feedback if you'd like.

Great feedback Priscilla Z! I'm starting Cam's iFlip so I can manage/screen my leads virtually. I would love to know more about the POF set-up you have with Cam. I also own a brokerage and am often overwhelmed by the deals, and need additional sources of funding.
