I don't know about Tacoma. You mention Everett & Snohomish which are in the vicinity of the Boeing Everett Factory. There is a big backlog of widebody commercial airplanes(747, 767, 777 787) that the company has to build for the foreseeable future and those employees need a place to stay.

Its tough finding good PM's on Detroit. Many PM in the area manage everything in metro Detroit except for the City of Detroit. Or they will manage only select areas of the city. I've worked with a few in the area to manage my properties the last several year.
Check out Dubose Realty Group they are a full service PM that will manage in all areas of Detroit. Let the know the Andre for the Crius Group referred you =).

I use Quicken rental property manager, on amazon.com you can get it for about $80 right now as opposed to the $154 at the quicken site. Works well for me but has mediocre reviews by some (better than my early year excel tracking (easy to create balance sheets, cash flow reports, and other reports....). If you want to have a view of your overall personal and business accounts it works well for that also. Look at maybe quickbooks if you mainly just want to just view business accounts only. I've also used the online program buildium in the past which is pretty good, but since I'm not really a property manager and hire that portion out for my rentals I ended up canceling that subscription. Guess it depends on how many rentals you have also. I think you need a separate file if you input over 100 rentals in Quicken RPM.
