@Todd Powell Good that you have that kind of energy, but if you’re going to scale might as well look into hiring a good PM.

@Bill Brandt Good chart, it’s sad to see some people blinded by emotion and not understanding that this is a business and to take logical precautions.

@Bill Brandt I agree it’s statistically doesn’t make sense to take the risk there is no added long term benefit.

Would you say you’re a top notch at rehabbing and flipping properties in LA? What are the criteria that makes someone a top player and what would you suggest are the not obvious ways to get to the top?

@Alexander Vasquez The way you feel internally will come across when you speak to associates so you’ll have to overcome the personal feelings you have or they will end up holding you back.

@Thomas S. Well, imagine you are fresh out of high-school or college with  some cash saved up. Where would you start to get deals flowing?

@Michael Noto Okay, let's say you work "full-time" but the workload allows for you to be free most of the time. If your goal was to accumulate as much wealth in your younger years would you suggest flipping and rehabbing?

Here on the forums and the podcasts there’s lines of thought that say either “if you’re starting off build recurring cash flow with multi-family rentals” or “if you’re just starting off build your cash reserves with rehabbing and flipping”. If you had to go back to the beginning of your journey which would you suggest to new investors?

Awesome stuff there, do you think you will look at  properties in other countries as you travel?

@Brandon Carriere I agree, anyone high enough on the income bracket knows Time, not Money, is the most valuable asset. Anyone who wastes your time should be cut from your circle if you want to build your wealth.
