This meeting is held the second Thursday of each month by Hobby Millionaire.  Hobby Millionaire (http://www.meetup.com/Hobby-Millionaire-Real-Estat...) also has meetings multiple times each week throughout Charlotte & Gastonia.  Tonight's meeting is located at 5700 Westpark (close to I-77 and Tyvola Rd at the Crowne Plaza Executive Suites - Carolina Ballroom.

Tonight's meeting will feature a 'Wall of Wealth' where investors can post flyers on the investment properties they are selling, a 'Show Me the Money' area where you can find funding sources or present a flyer requesting funding.  There is no pitch at this meeting!!  Use your money on properties.

Tonight's topic is Investor Language.  Use of proper terminology and language will differentiate you when dealing with lenders, funding partners, and prospective investor buyers.
