I do not thing that’s too high, I apologize… i have no clue how I got 153… I was doing math off the top of my head and obviously as u can tell, math isn’t my strong point lol. I am going to take a deeper look tonight when I’m home, I will message u later on!

Hey Chelsea! I took a quick glance at your listing. A major thing that stands out to me is the quality of pictures. From my experience, homes with professional photos on the listing attract way more guests. You have to remember that most guests are sitting at home on their phones when booking a stay, they are booking based off the pictures, as well as amenities etc.

I also think you are priced way too high... your listing says 1839 per month I believe which is about 153 per night. The majority of places in Cheyenne are 85$ per night tops, and those ones aren't very booked up... I would recommend consulting with a management company in the area who can provide some better insight as they are more familiar with the area. But the 2 things I have listed are what stand out to me the most.
