We bought a house that is really nice but the yard is to big and a lot of upkeep. There is a new subdivision being built beside us and the house behind it is being torn down for a restaurant. The house is in a great location I was wondering about a crazy idea instead of selling the house apply to have it rezoned and reduce the size of the backyard to reduce to need a s work for upkeep and sell off the land. Anyone ever do something like you this?

I have to agree I think every opportunity has something to offer. I am sure in your job like mine you also get to know about how people and their dynamics which interesting has a lot to do I think with real estate investing. I think you have a cool job and have a lot of access to knowledge.

@Nicholas Gray I feel the same way I work as a medical provider high salary. I used to have a busiee work schedule and was Mentally tough most days. I switched to a low key very boring job not trying to do anything stellar that academics pushes you to do. I have an wireless earbud in my ear every chance I can get listen to bigger pockets. It helps ease the frustration of not being able to do investing full time. I use this frustration as a motivation to say I’m not doing this anymore it’s not forever. I talk to no one at work i do not get wrapped up in the drama, the politics except go yo work do my job well and my fulfIll my responsibilities I contribute nothing more everything else goes to my family and real estate investing. It’s sort of a mental shift. It’s not perfect but I’m making progress.

I was just curiously about general opinions. I have met lots of real estate investors that became agents to help them find deals. I was just curious if there were people out there that became home inspectors, appraisers or mortgage brokers to help advance their real estate investing. I was just curious to hear about anyone experience what it worth it? Why that chosen path etc?

I am going to be in the Orlando area next week and interested in learning more about the Orlando market. I have hear a few things but I am not from the area and looking to chat with someone to learn more of the opportunites there

I’m not very familiar with DIG it sounds very similar to the group already there. I didn’t pay anything to go. I checked out DIG and it looks like you have to have a membership to participate.
