I don't think we've seen anything yet. My guess is that there will be another sell off of the people that wanted to get out in the first wave but figured it was to late so they might as well stay in it. When this peak hit (it may have yesterday) I think we're going to see another big sell off.

Hello Erik, Welcome to BiggerPockets. Wow you graduated from the same school Donald Trump did. Check out the wholesaling forum that should help you get started with some wholesaling ideas.
What kind of properties do you want to wholesale? Single family, Multi's. Fixers, etc?

I doubt the counties will re-asses any taxes until the market has recovered. They would be silly to lower their tax income by doing that.

Our municipalities are already strapped because they didn't have budgeted in for fuel cost to rise this past year by 50%.

Hello Glenie, welcome to BiggerPockets.

So you create virtual tours with stills? Are you currently a RE professional? What area of RE do you work you in?

I usually don't watch TV, but a co-worker got me hooked on Heros last spring so I watched all the back episodes and caught up and finished out the last 4 of season two.

I watch it on the network website and I have to agree with Josh in that this season thus far has not been good at all. If it doesn't get better within the next 3 shows I'm probably going to abandon it altogether.

I saw Lost last week and thought it was pretty good so I watched it again last night and lost interest in it.

Britt,

Welcome to BiggerPockets, hop over to the new member introductions and introduce yourself when you get a chance.

Commercial tile usually holds up pretty good. If the floors are a hard wood and painted I'd just put another coat of paint over them. Carpet usually doesn't last to long.

What is on the floors currently?

That's interesting that some banks make you sign it and others do not. I'm sure it'll probably be ending up on all investment loans shortly.
