Send me a PM should you ever get interested in joining our team in learning about (and doing) mid- to large size multifamily apartment syndications and investing. I'm always looking for new capital investors and team partners in various metropolitan areas to grow a portfolio together.
Enjoy the journey! Ken
Thanks Ken! I will definitely be looking into those links above. One of my goals has been to introduce myself to a few people a week, so thanks for the great advice!

@Dane S. you should get involved with the local REIA in Lexington. You will learn a lot and there are a lot of people your age taking action in REI.
Thanks Jim! That's a great idea. I am actually going to the KREIA meeting tomorrow where there will be a panel of 4 longtime investors. Really excited to hear about their experiences and advice. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hey guys! My name is Dakota Deno and I'm a newbie in Louisville, KY. I started out devouring the BiggerPockets podcasts when I found out about this community a little over a year ago.
I finally purchased an investment property a couple months ago! This property will be a live-in flip that I'll turn into a rental property once I move into the next investment property.
My long term goal is to purchase enough homes to where I can live off of the net cash flow.
Until my next property I'd love to connect with as many investors as possible. I think this is a great way to absorb information and to also learn from someone else's mistakes. Please reach out to me in any way if you'd like to get coffee or lunch!!
