Hello,

I'm in the Leesburg area and new to real estate as well.  My interest include short term rentals and wholesaling.  For short term rentals, do you find it hard to be able to do that?  Do you contact landlords and ask if you can do that or do you buy a place and rent it out?

A lot of times investors get lost in different strategies rather than just concentrating on one.
