@Ben AshburnI was noticing the same issues. I really enjoyed Kara being off Staples and Joe’s coffee on the island for meetings.

I would like to see presentations been done by investors, realtors, wholesalers, probate lawyers, and anyone else that could help and network.

Also, I would really like for one of us to present a project they are working on and tell us about it. Tell us what’s right, what’s wrong, and what they need. A major thing in our group right now is helping each other out with what they need.

Lastly I would like everyone to join the Facebook group I created and post pictures there, and videos there. I would like to have any presentation videotaped and posted to the Facebook group.

@Milton Vidrine I came here trying to compare BatchDriven and DealMachine. I am probably going to go with propstream but I’m still comparing.

@Carol Small well iQ is a no go in my counties, so there is that….I’m going to dig into propstream a little more. A guy I’ve talked with uses it mainly for Comps since Tx is a nondisclosure state 

@Carol Small @Daniel Tisdale have you guys compared propstream and real estate iq. I really like what I am seeing at real estate iq and know one investor actually using them very successfully. They are pricey but if it is working for him in the Houston/Galveston area then it may work for me. They have 3 tiers. One of the tiers takes all the lists they have with skip tracing and puts it into a CRM. Sounds interesting but the guy I know is only using the Premium tier which gives all the lists combined with skip tracing. I came here looking to compare the two platforms.
