I have a property in Germany which I purchased 3 years ago and have appreciated in value.

Ideally I would like to release some of the equity from my home in order to purchase a second rental property.

Does anyone here have experience or contacts who offer equity finance in Germany?

Hey the market in Berlin is still awesome - https://www.theguardian.com/world/2018/apr/10/berl...

Not sure about the rest of the county. Obviously most deals arent as good as they were last year but still money to be made.

The real estate market in Machester is going really well the city is growing with a lot of new developments.

Its a big university town so thats probably the simplest way to make money.

I rent the home I live in as I am travelling Europe and like to live in new places.

My investment property used to cover my rent but as my income increased I now just save it.
