@Chris Piper Thanks for your help! I really appreciate it.
I typed in an address, but I don't see the person's information.
In order to see the info, will I need to pay for this?

Hi BP,
I just did a Drive for Dollars today.
I found 12 houses that I want to look into.
Is my next step to go to the County Assessor to find their information (http://assessor.lacounty.gov)? If so, I can't seem to find where to get their information.
Also, would many of the properties I find by Driving for Dollars NOT be on the lead websites such as listsource?
Thanks for your help :)

Hi BP,
I've been reading on Driving for Dollars.
It sounds great, but wouldn't most of the properties I find by driving 4 dollars be on listsource or any other lead website?
I understand this saves money, but it does take up a lot of time.
Would I be able to find properties that wouldn't be on listsource or other lead websites?
And once I find the properties, I go into my County Assessor (http://assessor.lacounty.gov), but I can't seem to find where I would type in the addresses?
Thanks for your help :)

Thanks for your welcome and your advice. I will look into all your suggestions!
Hi, this is Daniel from the Los Angeles area.
I'm new to Real Estate. I recently read Rich Dad and Cashflow Quadrant. Loved both books and that's how my interest in Real Estate began.
I am 33 years old.
I have been listening to BP and will soon read the UBG. I also purchased Flipping Houses by J. Scott, Millionaire Real Estate Investor and Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller.
I have been thinking of starting off with Wholesaling and then going into Flipping. Eventually, I would like to Buy and Hold.
Any suggestions? I am open to your advice :)
I'm super excited to learn and connect with people. I would love to connect with people around me.
I want to thank and give a shout out to BP for adding value to my life!
