I'm Managing Partner at Property Pals, based here in Logan Square. We're a team of 6 currently and we're wholesaling about 3 properties per month located in Chicago and Surrounding Suburbs. We're finishing up our second flip out in Boilingbrook and speaking from our experience, it's always best to focus on one supply chain and double down on that. We aren't taking a loss yet but we realized flipping and wholesaling especially so early in the company age, will not be beneficial for the long term.
