I’ve been using it too and noticed some traction after I added a blog and started creating backlinks manually. What helped me the most was getting forum backlinks on niche topics related to real estate investing, like here on BiggerPockets. Google seems to like those links from active discussions, and they bring in some traffic too. Still testing, but it’s starting to move the needle slowly.

I struggled trying to rank local pages myself until I finally went with SEO Outsourcing. It freed up my time so I could focus on lead calls and building buyer lists. The key was finding someone who already knew real estate keywords and had experience writing blog content that actually brings in motivated seller leads. Results weren’t overnight, but traffic started building in about 2 months, and leads followed soon after.

I see it's been a while since this was posted, but have any of you had success combining local SEO with Google Business Profile for motivated seller leads recently? I’ve been testing it in a mid-sized market and getting some promising traffic, but low conversion. Curious if that’s just me or if others are seeing the same thing. Would love to swap tips on tweaking landing pages for better results.

I struggled to find a good accounting tool for my rentals until I came across software-shootout.com. It lays out clear comparisons, so I didn’t have to waste time testing different options. If you're stuck between choices, it's a solid way to figure out what best fits your needs.

Working in property management taught me a ton about leases, tenant issues, and maintenance without the financial risk of owning. It’s a great hands-on way to learn before buying your own rentals.

Tracking rental income and expenses gets messy fast, especially with multiple properties. A good system should let you categorize transactions, generate reports for tax time, and keep everything organized effortlessly.

I follow Ryan Pineda and Austin Flipsters for solid insights. Just tried this "our homepage" for more engagement on my vids, let’s see if it works

From my experience, garage door issues can range from simple fixes to total headaches. If your door won't close all the way or keeps getting stuck, there could be a few things causing it – maybe the tracks need cleaning or there's an issue with the opener.

I'd suggest checking out some DIY fixes first. Sometimes adjusting the sensors or tightening bolts can do the trick. But if you're not into getting your hands dirty or the problem seems more serious, it might be time to call in a pro. They can pinpoint the issue and get your garage back in action fast.

I found a local guy in Portland who seems legit: https://portlanddoorsandlocksguy.com/. It's always good to support local businesses, right? Plus, they could give you a quote so you know what you're up against. Good luck getting that garage sorted – it's a pain now, but you'll laugh about it later!
