Hi Ahmad!

This deal might be a little too rich for my blood, but I would love to hop on the line to discuss future business opportunities.

I'm new to flipping and could use access to your construction team and experience.

Best,

-DC

Great idea @Scott D Fitts and great question @Pauline Charlton

I have a GREAT handyman who happens to be married to my property manager, however the biggest roadblock for my fix and flips is definitely my lack of experience with contractors.

@Matthew Berry

Hey Matthew,

Thanks for sharing your experience.

I am in the process of signing up with Freedom Mentor as well, but my "guru" would be Peter Harris instead of Phil.

The major selling point for me is that they are willing to fund my deals entirely.

I noticed you said that funding was never offered to you, and if that's the norm for people in the program I might reconsider moving forward.

Can you elaborate a bit more on your experience especially in regards to funding?

@Steven Mann

Hi Steven,

I see that your last post about Peter Haris' program was almost a month ago.

I wanted to check in for a follow up to see how things have been going for you since.

Thanks

@Account Closed

Hi Kenneth,

Thanks for sharing your experience w/ Peter Haris' coaching program.

I'm scheduled for a second interview tomorrow and have been on the fence about investing the $10k to start.

After doing a bit of research, it also looks like there is a monthly fee to use Peter's proprietary material.

I wanted to ask for an update on how the program has ultimately gone for you, how many properties you've been able to close on and how effective you believe the program is.

Thanks,

-DC
