Can you please tell me some more about this meet up?

@Tim Herman thank you Tim. I’m looking at Rentprep. The probably with Cozy is they charge the tenant directly and it’s over $20. I say this because new 2019 NY tenant law, you can’t charge over $20 for an application fee...

I am doing tenant screening at the moment. I am curious, what does everyone on here uses for credit and background checks?

I am 21 years old and a real estate agent in Syracuse, NY. I just purchased my first Multi-Family and have another one under contract. Now that I am beginning to obtain a lot of properties I want to keep them organized and in order to keep track of everything. What online program or website do you guys use to keep track of all your properties and even charge rent through those websites. I would hate to start collecting cash rent and I certainly do not want to wait for checks to come in the mail, be late or get the "it must have got lost in the mail" crap. What websites do you guys use?

I use google spread sheets to keep a rent roll and stuff like that but I see a lot of websites out there like cozy, stessa or landlord studio. But what do you guys like best and why?

Just out of curiosity, how many units do you guys have and how long have you been invested in Real Estate for?
