I been buying multi family's Cash and i been cashing out of these properties through different vehicles however now i am intending on establishing a relationship with a Lender so i can buy the properties cash and pull my cash out with a asset loan against the property or put mortgage were the property is used as asset and the cashflow as well and i can obtain the 80% of the value so in turn i can go and fund other investment properties i have good credit just need a Lender

its millions of off market properties go to facebook and type in wholesalers and cash buyers all the groups will pop up get in network ive made so many moves from there and through the people i met apt buildings commercial RE everything
